Payment

• Online payment via LiqPay or Plata by mono.
• Prepayment to a card is also available at the customer's request.

Shipping

• Delivery via Nova Poshta across Ukraine.
• Orders confirmed before 16:00 may be shipped the same day.
• Estimated delivery time - 1-2 business days.
• Packaging is secure and discreet, with no markings indicating the contents.

Warranty

Every NEMESIS suppressor carries a lifetime warranty for the service life of the barrel. If a factory defect or failure under normal use is identified, the team reviews the case and replaces the product under warranty.

• Factory defects in materials or assembly are covered.
• Deformation or breakage under proper use is reviewed.
• Improper installation, mechanical damage from incorrect mounting, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. NEMESIS reviews even used products when a technical assessment is required.

• If the wrong model or caliber was ordered, the team will help find the right configuration.
• If the wrong item was delivered, the mistake is corrected at the seller's expense.
• If there is a manufacturing defect, the product is replaced or the issue is resolved by another agreed method.
