Calibers - as in ARCANE Internal: .223/5.56, .300 Blackout, .308/7.62/.30-06, 6.5 Creedmoor, .338 Lapua Magnum, and 9 mm. Choose the thread when ordering: 1/2-28, 1/2-36, 3/4-24, 5/8-24, 14×1, 14×1L, 15×1, 17×1, 18×1. For full-fledged rifle calibers, we honestly recommend ARCANE Internal: it is designed for them and will perform better; Omen is the choice for compactness and mobility.
What distinguishes Omen from ARCANE Internal and which one to choose?
Omen is a compact model in the line: 175 mm vs 180-280, diameter 49 mm vs 54, weight 470-570 g vs 600-700. The weapon with Omen extends by 150 mm, with Internal - by 175. The gas system is different: in Internal - ZERO, in Omen - NODUS. The choice rule is simple: short barrel, mobility, working in tight spaces - Omen; maximum silence and full rifle calibers up to .338 - Internal.
How quiet is Omen compared to full-size suppressors?
Omen is the quietest in its class of compacts. In terms of absolute silence, it falls short of the ARCANE Internal, and we say this plainly: you can't cheat physics, a full-size suppressor has more volume and a longer gas path. Omen is a balanced compromise between weight, size, and efficiency: silence at a class above in a body that doesn't hinder operation.
What is NODUS and will gas blow back in my face?
NODUS is the flow-through system of the Omen. The reactive muzzle brake divides the flow: a small portion is trapped in eight titanium chambers based on the Tesla valve principle, while two main masses take different routes and meet to cancel each other's energy. The spent gas is directed forward, not back into the receiver and face: no smoke in the eyes, oil on the cheek, or disrupted automatic cycling.
Compact suppressors heat up faster - what about the Omen?
Yes, the compact heats up faster - that's why thermal management is a separate part of the design. The primary heat exchanger removes temperature from the hottest gas mass, the heat exchange channels transfer heat to the monolithic body, and the outer shell increases the heat dissipation area and accelerates cooling. In the hot zone - titanium: withstands thermal shock without deformation.
What is integration 0-85 mm and which one to choose?
Integration refers to how many millimeters of the suppressor enter the barrel instead of sticking out. Options: 0 (extended muzzle device), 5, 45, 65, and 85 mm. The length of the weapon is not affected by the choice: with any integration, the weapon becomes longer by the same 150 mm. Integration determines effectiveness and appearance: the larger it is, the greater the overall volume of the suppressor - and the quieter it operates. If the barrel and handguard allow - choose a larger one; if there is no space behind the thread at all - go for the 0 mm option with the extended muzzle device. Nexus or Classic - which mount to choose?
Classic - threaded: the suppressor screws onto the barrel, reliable and simple. Nexus - quick-release threaded interface: installed once instead of the standard muzzle device, then the suppressor can be removed and attached in seconds without tools, maintaining coaxiality. If the suppressor stays on one firearm permanently - choose Classic. If you remove it often or have multiple barrels - choose Nexus. Classic comes at the base price, Nexus costs +3000 UAH.

Compact suppressor from the premium ARCANE line. Its foundation is not an increase in internal volume, but the NODUS flow-through system - a multi-stage control of the energy of the propellant gases.

How it works in metal

After the bullet exits, there are high-pressure gases both in front and behind it. The first link is the reactive muzzle brake: it splits the flow and assigns each part its own route.

A small portion of the gases is trapped in eight titanium chambers. They accumulate the pressure and energy of the shot and extinguish them based on the principle of a hydraulic lock - like a Tesla valve, with no moving parts.

The first main array of the reactive GMS redirects in the opposite direction - into the integrated chamber above the barrel. The gas fills it and is pushed through the primary cooler under pressure: it strikes against protrusions perpendicular to the flow, loses speed, and continues through the drainage holes of the body.

The second array - about 40% of the gases - passes through its own labyrinth closer to the center of the suppressor.

Next is the node that gave the system its name. The two arrays meet and extinguish each other's energy. The weakened flow exits through the gas block: axial channels connected by circular grooves around the body. Each channel is blind, but the system is through - the gas moves in a snake-like manner: channel, groove, next channel. This makes the structure lighter while increasing the useful volume in a compact body.

Heat under control

The channels act as a heat exchanger: they remove heat from the propellant gases and transfer it to the monolithic body. The outer surface, shaped like scales, increases the heat exchange area and accelerates natural cooling.

Materials

The main body parts are made of aviation aluminum alloys. The threaded block, muzzle brake-compensator, and gas-retaining cones are made of titanium. This combination reduces weight, withstands the most loaded nodes under thermal and mechanical shock, and preserves the resource of the structure.
