Returns for online purchases - 14 days

A purchase on nemesis.army is a distance contract, so you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection"), provided the item was not used and its presentation, consumer properties, packaging, seals, labels and the proof of purchase are preserved. This right applies to all NEMESIS products.

We refund as soon as possible, usually within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the item, by the same method you paid. Return shipping of goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer; if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our mistake, we cover shipping both ways.

When exchange or return is possible

• The wrong model or caliber was ordered.
• You received the wrong item.
• A manufacturing defect was found.

Limitations

• Item heavily damaged or destroyed through improper use.
• Attempted self-modification or interference with the design.

Process

• Message us in a messenger or by email.
• Describe the situation and attach photos.
• Agree on a replacement, repair or refund.
