01 · Mounting

MOUNTING TO FIREARM

Proper preparation and correct mounting are the foundation of safe device operation.

Barrel preparation: cleaning the thread and applying Anti-Seize high-temperature grease

Clean the barrel thread and suppressor thread of carbon fouling and debris.

Always apply high-temperature grease (Anti-Seize) to the barrel thread and/or the external thread of the flash hider.

Direct barrel mount

Thread the suppressor directly onto the barrel until fully seated.

Tighten BY HAND ONLY! No wrenches, vises, or levers.

Critical · Bore Alignment Check

Before firing remove the bolt carrier. Look through the bore: you should see a perfect circle with no edges of the internal baffles visible.

  1. 01

    Rear cap

    Unscrew the rear cap (integration housing).

  2. 02

    Cooling labyrinth

    Unscrew the primary cooling labyrinth from the CORE central housing (if required). The cooler acts as a lock nut for the reactive flash hider.

    Front cap

    Unscrew the front cap (gas block housing).

  4. 04

    ZERO labyrinth · LEFT-HAND THREAD!

    Remove and unscrew the ZERO labyrinth. Turn CLOCKWISE to loosen. Then carefully push out the titanium cone baffles.

03 · Engineering

TECHNOLOGY ZERO GAS SYSTEM

Integrated suppression architecture with zero backpressure and multi-stage gas venting.

Primary pre-expansion chamber

The reactive flash hider redirects the gas flow into the integrated chamber, shedding peak pressure and transferring it into the cooler.

Cooling labyrinth

Absorbs impulse and partially cools the stream of combustion gases, transferring them into the Z.E.R.O. system.

Z.E.R.O secondary pre-expansion chamber

Here the gases are fully decelerated, cooled, and vented outward in radial directions through 8 exhaust channels.

Zero overgas

The architecture eliminates excess backpressure. In total, 9-channel 14-stage gas venting: gases do not blast back into the face - the action cycles reliably.

Thermal regulation

External serrations act as a heat sink, dissipating heat away from the central housing.

Integral architecture

A unified modular construction with minimal added overall length to the firearm.

04 · Care Protocol

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Regular maintenance = long service life. Follow the schedule based on intensity of use.

Cleaning schedule

Daily shooting

Clean every 500 rounds.

Irregular shooting (with breaks)

Clean after every shooting session - otherwise carbon will crystallize and bond permanently.

Optionally, the device may be left uncleaned: up to 10,000 rounds this will not significantly affect its performance. However, after that round count the carbon fouling will be nearly impossible to remove, so regular cleaning extends the service life.

Allowed

  • Ammonia-free cleaners (Carbon Remover, Exterminator)
  • Nylon brushes
  • Brass brushes

Forbidden

  • Ammonia
  • Copper solvents
  • Steel bore brushes (will destroy the anodizing)

Ultrasonic bath

Clean titanium parts only: the 11 internal ZERO baffles and the reactive flash hider.

Cleaning the ZERO labyrinth housing or external aluminum shrouds in an ultrasonic bath is forbidden!

Drying and lubrication

All parts must be completely dry. Apply Anti-Seize to internal threads.

Especially - on the ZERO left-hand thread!
05 · Danger Zone

CRITICAL WARNINGS
RED RULES

Violating these rules leads to irreversible consequences - for you and for the device.

R01

Water and hydraulic shock

Do not fire after submersion in water. Allow water to drain for 3-5 seconds, otherwise the housing may rupture.

R02

Overheating

Not intended for sustained fire (Full-Auto mag-dumps). Allow cooling every 3-4 magazines.

R03

Prohibited ammunition

No Frangible, Sabot, or low-quality expanding projectiles.

R04

Thread loosening

Regularly check the lock to avoid projectile contact with the baffle walls (Baffle Strike).

R05

Burns

Housing temperature exceeds 300°C. Do not touch with bare hands, do not place in nylon.

  • 02 Transfer to persons without firearms handling skills is prohibited.
  • 03 Modifications (drilling out, etc.) are prohibited - immediate warranty void.
  • 04 Personal liability of the owner begins from the moment the device is installed.
