Unload the firearm and verify the chamber is clear before any manipulation.
Proper preparation and correct mounting are the foundation of safe device operation.
Clean the barrel thread and suppressor thread of carbon fouling and debris.
Always apply high-temperature grease (Anti-Seize) to the barrel thread and/or the external thread of the flash hider.
Thread the suppressor directly onto the barrel until fully seated.
Tighten BY HAND ONLY! No wrenches, vises, or levers.

Before firing remove the bolt carrier. Look through the bore: you should see a perfect circle with no edges of the internal baffles visible.
I know you're smart, but unload the firearm before any manipulation.
Unscrew the rear cap (integration housing).
Unscrew the primary cooling labyrinth from the CORE central housing (if required). The cooler acts as a lock nut for the reactive flash hider.
Unscrew the front cap (gas block housing).
Remove and unscrew the ZERO labyrinth. Turn CLOCKWISE to loosen. Then carefully push out the titanium cone baffles.

Absorbs impulse and partially cools the stream of combustion gases, transferring them into the Z.E.R.O. system.
Here the gases are fully decelerated, cooled, and vented outward in radial directions through 8 exhaust channels.
The architecture eliminates excess backpressure. In total, 9-channel 14-stage gas venting: gases do not blast back into the face - the action cycles reliably.
External serrations act as a heat sink, dissipating heat away from the central housing.

Regular maintenance = long service life. Follow the schedule based on intensity of use.
Clean every 500 rounds.
Clean after every shooting session - otherwise carbon will crystallize and bond permanently.
Optionally, the device may be left uncleaned: up to 10,000 rounds this will not significantly affect its performance. However, after that round count the carbon fouling will be nearly impossible to remove, so regular cleaning extends the service life.
Clean titanium parts only: the 11 internal ZERO baffles and the reactive flash hider.
Cleaning the ZERO labyrinth housing or external aluminum shrouds in an ultrasonic bath is forbidden!
All parts must be completely dry. Apply Anti-Seize to internal threads.
Violating these rules leads to irreversible consequences - for you and for the device.
Do not fire after submersion in water. Allow water to drain for 3-5 seconds, otherwise the housing may rupture.
Not intended for sustained fire (Full-Auto mag-dumps). Allow cooling every 3-4 magazines.
No Frangible, Sabot, or low-quality expanding projectiles.
Regularly check the lock to avoid projectile contact with the baffle walls (Baffle Strike).
Housing temperature exceeds 300°C. Do not touch with bare hands, do not place in nylon.
