Which firearms is CORE 7.62 compatible with?
7.62x39 for AKM, AK-47 and RPK. Thread options 1/2-28, 14x1, 15x1, steel and phosphate coated. This is the intermediate 7.62x39, not .308.
Does it actually reduce sound and flash?
Yes. It reduces the sound of the shot and noticeably suppresses the muzzle flash, tested at night. This is a full-fledged suppressor for AKM, not a muzzle brake.
Will it damage the action with gas?
On the contrary, that is exactly its job. A standard suppressor pushes gas back into the receiver and face, killing service life. The dual-circuit system controls the dirty 7.62x39 impulse and vents gas forward - the AKM cycle stays intact.

CORE 7.62 was built for a dirty impulse cartridge, not for shooting paper.

How it works in metal

7.62×39 provides a sharp gas impulse and a lot of residue. Without a flow-through system, this flow hits back - into the receiver and in the face.

The CASCADE CORE system diverts the gas flow and reduces peak pressure. The automation receives a smoother impulse instead of a shock. The base level NEMESIS, ZERO is only in ARCANE.

The body is steel, oxidized. It maintains pace where aluminum already burns out.

What the shooter gets

Smoother automation in series. Less gas in the receiver and in the face. Recoil is controlled, without sharp peaks. The resource is embedded in steel, not bought by weight.
