What makes the integrated CORE Internal 5.56 better than a standard suppressor?
It integrates 30 mm onto the barrel, so the overall weapon build is shorter with the same level of suppression. AR-15, 5.56x45, 1/2-28 thread, steel.
Does it actually reduce sound and flash?
Yes. It reduces the shot signature and completely eliminates muzzle flash - verified at night with NVGs. This is a combat suppressor for AR-15, not a muzzle brake.
Won't it push more gas into my receiver?
That is exactly what it is designed to prevent. A standard suppressor forces gas rearward, into the receiver and your face, and degrades the action over time. The dual-circuit system vents excess gas forward: the cycle stays consistent and the receiver stays cleaner.

The same internal geometry as the CORE S, but with a 30 mm barrel integration. The overall weapon length is reduced without any loss in suppression.

How it works

Dual-circuit gas system (ZERO is exclusive to ARCANE). Flow is split across two circuits, cutting peak pressure and keeping the action cycling reliably through sustained fire.

The 30 mm integration shortens the overall build while preserving the acoustic signature and gas scheme of the CORE S.
