CORE
Workhorse for 5.56 with CASCADE flow-through. Dimensions of LEGION (470 g / 39.5 mm / 180 mm), internal geometry is different. Two versions: CORE S - classic at the muzzle cut, CORE I3 - integrated with a 30 mm extension on the barrel. For those who need critical overall system length.
MICRO
Ultra-compact with CASCADE flow-through. 350 g, 39.5 mm, 120 mm. Calibers: 5.45 / 5.56 / 9 mm. 60 mm shorter and 120 g lighter than CORE/LEGION. For short carbines and limited space - where dimensions matter.
How Steel NEMESIS Works
In CORE and MICRO - the CASCADE flow-through system. Upon firing, gas is redistributed in a cascade: part of the flow is taken before the main volume and is directed through separate holes. The result: lower backpressure, flash suppression, predictable bolt group cycle. Not ZERO (ZERO is only in ARCANE - there gas dynamics provide almost complete invisibility of the flash), but for intensive shooting, CASCADE is more than sufficient.
LEGION has no flow-through system: suppression and flash suppression are present, but excess gas is not directed forward - part of the overgas is received by the shooter in the box. This is a simple endurance line - the most affordable in the lineup. Need gas control - that's CORE/MICRO with CASCADE.
