How ZERO works

ZERO is a 5-stage / 8-channel gas relief architecture. It routes the flow along a controlled path:

• intercepts the peak impulse at the inlet through a primary labyrinth;
• reverses the flow, bleeds off velocity, converts part of the energy to heat;
• removes the residual impulse and evens out the flow before the exit;
• reduces back-pressure and eliminates overgassing at the shooter's face.
