The BTR-1 BDC (Bullet Drop Compensator) reticle is located on the second focal plane and is calibrated for 5.56 NATO ballistics: the markers compensate for bullet drop without manual adjustments, significantly speeding up work at various distances. Six levels of reticle illumination (powered by CR2032) allow effective use of the scope in low light or against backlighting.

The 30 mm diameter body is made of aircraft-grade aluminum, is waterproof to IPX7 standards, and is nitrogen-filled - fogging of the optics is eliminated even with sharp temperature changes. The capped adjustment turrets with a click value of 0.1 MRAD (1 cm at 100 m) and a total adjustment range of 14.6 MIL ensure precise tuning.
