Purpose and Application

The folding adapter for the Sig Sauer stock is designed for installation on civilian and service weapons with stocks produced by Gun Power Nation (GPN) that have Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) mounting. The adapter allows for the installation of folding stocks from Gun Power Nation (Skeleton, Telescopic, and Assault), folding to the left, which improves ergonomics, transport convenience, and overall functionality of the weapon in field and operational conditions.

This type of mounting is widely used on AR platform weapons, as well as on certain models of Sig Sauer that have a rear mounting of the Picatinny / MIL-STD-1913 standard.

Design and Features

  • The folding hinge of the stock has a strong and rigid construction designed for intensive use.
  • The adapter is mounted directly on the Picatinny rail (MIL-STD-1913).
  • The hinge allows the stock to fold to the left, which is optimal for most weapon configurations.
  • The hinge is secured in two positions (working and folded) using two separate buttons, ensuring reliable and stable fixation.
  • The hinge axis features a cup for mounting a quick-detach sling (QD).
  • Two adjustment screws are located on the moving part of the hinge to eliminate play.
  • A metal adjustment plate is installed at the bottom of the hinge to secure the stock in the folded position.
