Purpose and Application

The QD mount for optics "AA-06.00.000" is designed for quick installation and removal of optical sights, collimators, and tactical devices on rifles with a side dovetail rail.

The design ensures stable fixation of optics with the possibility of quick removal without losing the repeatability of the mounting.

There is an option to install an additional Picatinny rail at a 45° angle, which expands the functionality of the weapon and allows the use of auxiliary aiming devices.

The product is used as a standalone side QD mount.

Step-by-Step Installation:

STEP 1. Preparation

Before starting the installation, ensure that the weapon is completely unloaded. Clean the installation area from dust and grease.

STEP 2. Replacing Standard Axles

Remove the standard axles of the mechanism (if available). Install the supplied axles included in the set. They ensure the correct geometry of the mount.

STEP 3. Mounting the Base

Secure the dovetail base to the standard side protrusion. Check for even contact and absence of misalignment.

STEP 4. Installing the Bracket

Slide the side bracket with the Picatinny rail onto the installed base. Secure it with screws or a locking mechanism.

STEP 5. Checking the Fixation

Check for any play. The design should be rigidly fixed without shifting.
